Individual mindfulness & yoga classes
Individual sessions are suitable for those new to mindfulness and yoga, who would like to try out some tailor made classes. It is also suitable for those with extensive meditation experience who’s like to delve deeper.
We discuss your individual needs and specific issues and you will be taught the key mindfulness practices with handouts and audio guided meditations to continue your personal practice between sessions. We explore ways of integrating mindfulness into your daily life. Sessions incorporate contemplative practices (meditation, breathing and light movement).
At a mutually suitable time you learn specific skills for working with turbulent thoughts, difficult emotions and unhealthy behaviours. You learn through practice and acquire tools that can bring mental and emotional balance, clarity and peace of mind.

- chronic fatigue and sleeping problems
- stress and burnout
- eating disorders
- anxiety and worrying
- depression and sadness
- life transitions
- difficulty focusing and emotional reactivity
- chronic pain and illness
There is no promise that you will not have to face difficulties again or that you will no longer experience the heights and depths of emotions but you will learn to respond to them in healthier manner.
Couples and families are also considered for One to One sessions.
