When we embody the skills of Somatic Mindfulness we see ourselves and life more clearly.
We have a better perception of our emotions, a broader outlook on life and the ability
to make better choices when mitigating areas of suffering,
dissatisfaction and discomfort in our lives.

This course is for you if you want to reduce the stress of everyday life, if you want to know how the mind works, be less distracted and more focused, leave harmful habits behind and create positive ones, cultivate kindness and resilience.

It is a course suitable for those who want to start practising mindfulness immediately and effectively.

  • 4 sessions of an hour and a half.
  • The meetings are experiential and largely focused on direct practice.
  • Short moments of theory will give you the context and space for sharing.
  • Guided audio files are provided for home practice.

Programme structure

1° session
🍂 BE HERE, NOW – connecting body and mind
(experiential practise)

2° session
🏔️ BALANCE – concentration and relaxation
(Theory and experiential practise)

3° session
🤔 WHO’S THERE? – Emotions, mind chatter, and the inner critic
(Theory and exercises in emotional intelligence)

4° session
🤍 FOR THE LOVE OF SELF – understanding and practising self love
(Theory and experiential practise)

Guided audio files are provided for home practice of all the sessions.

Practical info

The in person course is held at Tra le Righe in Via Cesare Battisti 44, a Gazzada Schianno (VA).
Sessions are weekly on a Tuesday evening at 19H15 (GMT +1)

Course starts: 13th September 2022
Sessions: 20th, 27th September; 4th October

Please bring your own yoga mat.

Session duration: 90 minutes each.

Meet the facilitator

Suzanne Reyneke, is a Yoga Trauma Specialist. Her speciality is mental health and holistic wellbeing. She practises, studies and transmits the arts of movement and meditation with particular reference to the Yoga tradition of Sri Krishnamacharya, Somatic Mindfulness Meditation and the MBSR (Mindfulness based Stress Reduction) protocol by Jon Kabat-Zinn.

Costs and registration

Registration costs are 20€, payable directly at the first session.

Should the course be cancelled by the organisers due to unforeseen events, all fees paid will be returned.
