We have a better perception of our emotions, a broader outlook on life and the ability
to make better choices when mitigating areas of suffering,
dissatisfaction and discomfort in our lives.
This course is for you if you want to reduce the stress of everyday life, if you want to know how the mind works, be less distracted and more focused, leave harmful habits behind and create positive ones, cultivate kindness and resilience.
It is a course suitable for those who want to start practising mindfulness immediately and effectively.
4 sessions of two hours.
The meetings are experiential and largely focused on direct practice.
Short moments of theory will give you the context and space for sharing.
