Not only yoga postures.
This is about deep listening to the body,
being present, here and now.
Yoga and Mindfulness are essential tools for an evolution inwards. When we practice Yoga and Mindfulness we move and connect mind and body through the breath.
Exploring breathing techniques (pranayama), postures (asana), mindful awareness and deep relaxation we cultivate mental and physical flexibility.
“By cultivating mindful awareness we practice and experience the direct antidote to stress.”

Vinyasa Flow & Mindfulness Vinyasa, from the Sanskrit “to place in a special way,” is a practice that links movement and breath in various sequences to achieve a continuous flow of movement on the mat. The practice can be dynamic and yet stays meditative. We integrate breathing techniques (pranayama), postures (asanas) and mindfulness and we finish with Savasana (rilassamento). Every practise is unique and may include Surya Namaskar, sun salutations in various forms, asymmetric standing postures, inversions, seated postures, twists, forward and back bends.
Language: English; Duration: 60 minutes.
Yin Yoga & Mindfulness Yin yoga is a simple, quiet practice, but make no mistake, it is not always an easy or comfortable one! Yin Yoga often takes you beyond your regular comfort zone, however, this is where much of the benefit and magic lies. The focus is on self-observation and deep listening.
It is meditative and peaceful. Inspired by the Taoist concept of “Yin and Yang”: the right balance between the complementary and opposite forces of nature. Yin Yoga has the same objectives as any other school of yoga; however, it directs the stimulation deeper than the superficial or muscular tissues to target the connective tissues, the ligaments, bones, and the joints of the body. The poses are held for a longer period of time (typically three to five minutes).
Language: English – Italian; Duration: 75 minutes.
