Yoga & Mindfulness
The best way to learn is by doing. The best way to do this is in person, practising with a skilled teacher who allows you to experience yoga. Practising asana, pranayama and meditation cultivates wellbeing through self care, come, give it a try!
Vinyasa & Mindfulness- Intermediate Flow
We flow through unique sequences of postures, uniting breath and movement, while holding other postures to develop strength, stability, and openness. A class of exploration for syncing movement and breath. We will uncover how the wide array of sitting, standing, and inverted postures linked with breathwork will help support and build a strong mind, body and heart. Each class is a different experience. It is an opportunity to show up to yourself on your mat. How we do one thing is how we do everything.
Yin Yoga
Slow down, move from noise to silence, from agitation to calm, from complexity to simplicity. Engage the body’s natural healing power as you actively nourish and harmonise the body’s vital life force. As the whole body rests and opens with long held poses, the natural healing power rejuvenates and repairs the area of focus.
Hatha & Mindfulness Slow Flow
In this class, postures (asana) are practised to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques (pranayama) and mindfulness meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. We do sitting, standing, and inverted postures.
Yoga BASICS & Mindfulness
A non-intimidating option for new(er) students. Introduction to the practise and history of yoga, fundamental principles of alignment, and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose. If you have never tried yoga this is perfect for you!
